Hypnotist A Go Go

A Hypnotists Diary

When it came to me practising hypnotism I never really knew where to start. There is some vast reading readily available on the topic but it seemed too much to organise and make useful. I didn't really have a structured method of learning, I was gaining a lot of new information and techniques, but, I wasn't organising it in my mind as I was learning. The key to good professional learning is being able to easily organise the information in your mind.

The only way I thought I was going to master the art of hypnosis with NLP was to practise it until it became second nature. The only people I had readily available to practise on was family and friends, which can be a daunting task as family and friends do tend to be cynical of your abilities. People do tend to have a negative attitude to hypnotists. As there are social myths that a hypnotist can control your mind and make you do things against your will..... I wish!!

If I was able to control people in that way I would finally have a army of money making minions. It wouldn't be so bad. You'd live rich and nearby in one of my owned communities doing the thing you love whilst living happily. If I had a personal life coach, I'd have them push me to become the person I wanted to be. The thing is I have to be my own life coach, I'm the higher power in control of myself, because your the only person that can hypnotise yourself as I myself am. Hypnotist's are just there to make you aware of the resources you have already to make changes in your own life. We are all just Flesh and Bone. If a life Coach came along and made me a millionaire through effortless work living happily, I would gladly pay them their dues.

I figured to myself while practising hypnotism to become professional I would give the family a discount (free!!). What I would do is give them them access to resources I felt that would benefit them in what there current situations. I come from a big family with lots of brothers and sisters, our extended family is huge and close, my parents were very poor but are now well off and have definitely paid their dues to society.

But, unfortunately for a practising hypnotist my family are like any other they still have the old beliefs drilled into them about hypnotists being controlling.

Hypnotism and Entrepreneurs

Have you taken a look at the miracle question exercise. Have you been asking yourself can I really have my dream house in paradise with all that I have ever wanted. That would be great but I have no ideas to find what it is that I could do to begin earning that kind of cash.

Well never fear, I have come across a technique that is quite inspiring, lets say you don't want to work for someone else but don't know where to start. This technique will bring the answers to you. I will warn you that when this exercises is set into motion it's amazing how it begins to run itself. Entrepreneurs are not in the frame of mind to sit back and say "I knew that idea would take off and earn someone a lot of cash" and entrepreneurs know that they have to work on getting their ideas before anyone else that's where my technique comes in. Then it's all down to your belief, conviction, determination, enthusiasm, commitment and practical ability.

The thing with finding opportunities is that you have to be able to see what is actually around you. I have six magic questions that will spur a fountain of wealthy thoughts in your mind and may also allow you to find your niche above the rest.

The exercise does not require you to be under or induced in a hypnotic trance. But, however it is absolutely powerful try it for seven days solid it is one powerful tool. The amount of new ideas that earned me money started me looking to work for myself rather than other people and also helped give me the motivation to get what I wanted, while staying honest to myself.

The Six Magic Questions

1.What or who has presented me an opportunity today?

2.From the people I have met today what do they seem to need to have?

3.What have I kept hearing from people over the past week?

4.What is happening out there right now? What is there an increased need for?

5.What would people buy in great quantity if it existed right now?

6.What product would I buy today if it existed right now?

When asking yourself these questions take into account every idea no matter how ridiculous big or small it is. Write these questions down and stick a copy of them on a wall then read them everyday. When doing your everyday tasks ensure that you observe and listen a little more closely than usual, you will be amazed how many opportunities are out there. Wait patiently and judgingly for the right opportunity, it will not take you long to know what it is that you've got to do with your life to get started on your real path as these questions will be working away in your subconscious mind.

When you hit an idea or two that you feel you might have something to offer evaluate it. Don't just go ahead with anything. The quality of your ideas will get better the more you practice this.
To evaluate your ideas.

Establish a market price research on how to reach this.

Determine how much it would cost to produce initial stock of the product or service you intend to offer.

Work out the finances.

Remember think big, start small and get some feed back as this may give you a better opportunity to earn more faster.

The Miracle Question

Most people already know that it is important to know what you want because it gives you a goal to reach.

Suppose you wake up one morning and everything you ever wanted, everything you could ever imagine for yourself, had actually happened - your life had turned out the way you wanted it right from the start. Every dream you have ever wished as all of a sudden come true.

  • What will make you aware that your dream has come true?
  • What will you see?
  • What will you hear?
  • What will you smell?
  • What would you feel inside?
  • How would you be different?
  • What kind of possessions would you actually own?

Now most people can't answer this apart from in general terms. Yes, most people would say something along the line of the sun would be shining, my house would be a pretty mansion, I'd have a beautiful swimming pool and drive a so and so vehicle. The thing is that people have no clear idea of success. People don't really know what they want. Basically stated, People cannot visualise success. Because people can't visualise success they can never achieve it.

Now no-one wants to float through life aimlessly but thing is that the majority of people do this.

You must know what you want first before you get any chance of getting it.

If you know what you want and you visualise it clearly enough, then you start to motivate yourself full of discipline towards your clear task, your going to get what you want, your going to achieve what you need to achieve.

The Key to success is knowing what you want.

The Miracle question finds out if your really certain about the things you think you know what you want in life. Hypnosis and affirmations can help your motivation but you can't go anywhere if you don't know what you want in life.

How do you Know what you want, If you already had it how would you be acting more different. What would have changed.

Would you have your Dream House, Car, Man/Women, Career. What type of friends would you be making plans with and what would you do. These questions into your dream life which would require a miracle are more important than you know.

The Miracle Question

Suppose tonight, while you are asleep, the miracle happens.

Everything you ever wanted comes true.

When you wake in the morning how will you be able to tell that the miracle has happened?

As an exercise, lie down or lie down somewhere you won't be disturbed, and carry out the miracle exercise. Allow your breathing to slow, settle comfortably and let your mind wander where it will.

Ask yourself, 'After the miracle, what will I see that is different?'.

'What will I hear that is different?'.

'What will I feel inside that is different from the way I feel now?'.

Think about those questions for a while, and ask yourself 'What would the other people in my life see, notice, feel, that was different?' Think about each of the people in your life and see yourself after the miracle from their point of view, imagining what is going into their eyes and ears, what is going through their mind as they deal with the new you. Think about what they would think about your behaviour, attitude, values in your new life. Think about how you would behave, knowing what they think and see, and what you would have to do to make te see you behaving that way. Spend about ten minutes or so doing that exercise.

Then resume your normal tasks, going through the rest of your day, and in every situation, as you get into that situation, imagine how you would behave if that miracle had happened, and then do as much of that behaviour as you can.

The following day, think about how you acted when you assumed the miracle had happened, and how many things you actually did that were part of the miracle, and then imagine your life after the miracle in even more detail.

Repeat this exercise every day until the miracle has happened.

You will then be living the miracle.

Potential Unlocked

I've gone on chatting about how great hypnotism is, the money potential that people can earn applying hypnosis. I'd now like to look at the potential of hypnosis. This is all based on my experience's through not actually being hypnotised by someone else but through Self hypnosis.

Hypnotism can be used as a cure for phobias, This is generally in a clinical and professional atmosphere. Something people don't know is that hypnotist was sometimes applied before surgery as a pain suppressant in the old medicinal society. It is a clinical tool. Thanks to modern advancements in technology we have drugs that now take care of this. So Clinical hypnosis is now used mainly for mental issues. The most common things hypnotherapists treat is:

  • Stopping Smoking
  • Weight Loss
  • Sleep Disorders
  • Confidence
  • Past Lives
  • Fear of Flying
  • Fear of Travelling
  • Future Progression
  • Sexual Performance
  • Premature Ejaculation
  • IBS Treatment
  • Stress and Depression Management
  • Etc

These are all things that a hypnotherapist tends to deal with, the crazy thing is though you can do all this yourself through self hypnosis. You may not be able to do some of things yourself as a hypnosis will have more experience, resources and techniques to help aid you farther.

Hypnotism and Money

Hypnotism is a very lucrative business and it's a fun career to do in any pathway you may take. Hypnotists of the past have actually quite literally hypnotised themselves rich, their is just that kind of potential and the more you hypnotise yourself you begin to realise your true maximum potential which often times seems limitless.

But before deciding to take a career leap and spend your hard earned cash on studying ask yourself some of the following questions. How do I earn money as a hypnotist?, How much does a hypnotist earn? What do other hypnotists earn? What kind of hypnotist would I like to be? There are a lot of questions you should ask yourself before any career move. So if your still interested or need more information lets take a look at the few types of hypnotist careers and how much they earn.

Hypnotherapists help people with their problems and traumas. It is very interesting and you find yourself learning new things all the time that further ensure what really is a great study and hobby. Hypnotherapists earn £10k-£50k a year throughout the UK. They service people from all kinds of walks of life.

Stage Hypnotists is a high demand job, it is important to be quick witted and on your feet about the scenes you are dragged into. There is a lot of fun but it is important to remember that you are not only a hypnotist but also an entertainer. You run via gigs and is probably worthwhile starting out as part time hobbyist and then further develop and get yourself an agent. Stage Hypnotists can earn anywhere between £100 - £1k+ per gig and are in high demand. The majority of stage hypnotists go for a comedy but there are even some that go for more adult content but some of this is definitely to be laughed at.

Life coaches earn from as little as £20 per hour right up to £10'000 per day for top level exec's but what people don't know is that 100'000's of British people alone seek help from life coaches every day. There is a lot of potential for hypnotists to make a lot of cash.

It is a viable and professional career move if you so wish to become one and study hard at the thing you love. Look into NLP, Psychotherapy even yoga and meditation also have many very useful resources that can aid you to further become a better hypnotist.

Hypnotism in a Nutshell

hypnosis,hypnotic,eyes,induction,induction,hypnotism,NLP,potrait,vector,persuasion,induce,magic

Hypnotism conjures up many myths, as it is a topic that people do not generally give thought about. We see hypnotist's on stage making people cluck like chickens or having them bark like a frenzied dog for a viewing audiences pleasure. Then, the next second we hear about a friend of a friend who has had hypnosis to stop them from smoking or get over trauma and it's worked wonders. There is only one conclusion to Hypnotism and that is that it truly is one powerful tool.

Hypnotism is the art of reprogramming ones mind in my simple yet probably fairly accurate statement.

A common myth around hypnosis is that it puts people into a unconscious sleep where the hypnotist then reprograms the mind. I can assure you that this is just not true.

Pay attention now because this is what hypnotism is all about.

"Hypnotic Trance is like a heightened version of consciousness where you are able to take new or alter existing suggestions given to you by the information from your senses/perceptions. Everyone has sense/perception, it is what makes us alive. Our senses/perceptions determine how we react to, respond to and learn the world around us."

I'm just going to go over my definition now so that you have a clearer understanding because I know sometimes I make no sense whatsoever.

The Hypnotic trance is what a Hypnotist/Hypnotherapist will at first begin to induce this can be done in a variety of ways. It generally is a relaxation method to help you release from your current affairs and begin your path inside to get to the very mechanics of your brain. If you are familiar with computers and I'm guessing you may have a little knowledge as you've found my blog. It's like you brain has it's own operating system like windows vista, XP, Linux etc. It doesn't come with Microsoft Office and you feel robbed....lol (only joking!!). It is like the operating system though. Your brain thinks with it's operating system and is pretty much a blank slate with instinct hence solitaire being on there.

That's all fine and dandy but your brain knows to do things in certain ways. This is the software you have installed over time. The software could be your views on politics, maths, bikini swim suit judging or even how you make whoopee etc. All software is stored information on the computer to assist the operating system. All this software can be controlled with its basic senses/perceptions, relating to a computer, it's like installing a new program via CD/DVD or download could be compared to reading a book and learning a new topic or using the mouse to try to draw in paint for the first time, but mainly using any of the hardware (keyboard, mouse, touchscreen, camera etc).

These basic sense/perceptions can be broke down like this:

  1. Visual - pictures, colours decorations.

  2. Auditory - music, voices, birdsong, sounds.

  3. Kinasthetic - textures, touch, feel, emotional vibes.

  4. Olfactory -Smells, Chemicals, Scents

  5. Gustatory- Tastes, Food and Drink

These senses/perceptions are what our brain learns from. The senses/perceptions take in information for our brain to learn from. What we learn will determine the information's relevance and may get categorized into what you have previously learnt.

What hypnotists do is give your brain chance to make the information more concise and detailed. So we can better learn from our senses. Our brains have a way of prioritising large information. Sometimes that information cold have come from a bad event. For example, if a dog that you stroked everyday on your way home from work suddenly turned one day barked and tried to bite you. You would be more conscious when passing that dog the next day. This information would be prioritised as it would have given you a new perception and you probably would have payed more attention to it as it was a new experience but how you categorise this experience would be entirely your choice. You could develop a phobia but not realise that 360 times a year you have stroked that dog without any qualms.

About Me

I'm the guy who figures Life is Art!! No matter what you do with it or your trade in it. It paints a picture from A to B to a path of perfection every time.
